Why Best Entrust and how does this site work?
Best Entrust is a free (LOOK no asterisk) website created to serve the internet community. As a secure place to store passwords and information, Best Entrust provides a safe haven for your electronic identity. There is not cost and we provide the highest security available. We follow government recognized security methods to ensure system integrity. Though our login and account process has multiple steps, these are all in place to ensure the protection of your information.

We use a two password system as well as a personalized PIN (OWNR for the Owner and CNT# for contacts). The OWNR (you) will need to share password 1 and password2 to each of your contacts. Each contact will then have 1 PIN. NEVER provide your passwords to anyone except your selected contacts. If a password is lost, Best Entrust has no means to recover the password and all of your information will be lost in our system (since all information is encrypted). The PIN identies you and your specific contacts. You will then be able to determine if and when a contact can view your information and also when they will be able to view the information (ie a delay)

Example: Your significant other will have immediate access to your electricity bill payment login and password, but your boss will have a twelve hour delay to your work email in case of a work emergency.

Why Two Passwords?
Two passwords ensure better security. Consider it similar to two heads are better than one. Anyone trying to access you account will have to figure out two passwords and a unique keycode in order to access your account. We figured, this is your sensitive information, and the more protection we can provide you, the better!

Why add a contact?
At some point in time someone is going to need to get into an account. You decide who should be able to access your assigned accounts. Example: Your wife/fiance/gf/bf/etc. needs to pay the Electric Bill or Cable bill because well you are out of town. They can access your account, but can only view information you have predetermined. Yes you can even put a wait on site (ie 12 hours to 7 days), after this time has expired they can gain access. Don't fret, you will be notified of any actions done by your contacts via email.

Why add a contact PIN?
This is how we distinguish between your contacts. We ask for their name so we can be a little more personal to those who access your information. Provide this PIN to only ONE contact. Do not give this information to anyone other than the intended contact.
